Use Hostello only for legitimate hostel-management purposes and in accordance with applicable law, your institution’s rules, and these terms. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.

Access is role-based and may be created, changed, suspended, or removed by authorised administrators. You must provide accurate information and promptly notify your administrator if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, upload malicious content, infringe another person’s rights, or use information from the platform for an unauthorised purpose.

Institutions and authorised users remain responsible for the accuracy, legality, and permissions associated with information entered into Hostello. You must ensure you have appropriate authority before adding, viewing, or sharing personal information.

We aim to keep Hostello available and reliable, but the service may be modified, maintained, or temporarily unavailable. Features may change as the platform evolves. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We may suspend or terminate access when these terms are violated, security is at risk, or an authorised institution requests it. These terms may be updated from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
